Choosing your session location

I’ve spent the past several years scouting and photographing all throughout the Tampa Bay area, and have compiled a list of all my favorites spots. Whether you’re looking for a sunrise session on the beach or would rather a backdrop with lush green foliage, there’s a location just for you!

Cypress Point Park

This location is one of my go-to’s for a green coastal background with easy access to both a local park and the beach. It gives you the best of both worlds. Only shot on weekdays due to insane crowds on the weekends.

Best shot 45 minutes before sunset.

Davis Island

Nestled in the bay, this beach location is conveniently located right on the water with sailboats in the background. Only shot on weekdays due to insane crowds on the weekends.

Best shot at sunrise or sunset.

Swann Circle

This small park is tucked between the neighborhoods, providing natural green scenery mixed with residential architecture.

Best shot within 90 minutes of sunrise or sunset.

Rivercrest Park

If you’re looking for something away from the water, this location offers a lush, green background with large trees and an open field alongside the river.

Best shot within 90 minutes of sunrise or sunset.

Ballast Point

Located in South Tampa, this location offers greenery in the midst of a quaint neighborhood, lined with white fences and horses in the background.

Only shot during mid-morning.

Courtney Campbell Causeway

Located off the bridge heading to Safety Harbor this is a perfect spot for a true beach session without making the extra drive.

Only shot during sunset

ALP Studio

Located in the heart of Ybor, my studio location offers an indoor option with bright, white walls and minimalist decor.

Only shot during mid morning.

Macdill 48

Located deep in South Tampa this dreamy park is perfect for someone wanting lots of trees, greens & a more tropical/forest vibe.

Only shot 90 minutes before sunset
